6 Steps to Success...

MY DAILY PLAN

This is what my typical day looks like and this is the plan I follow to get my results...

BREAKFAST

The perfect way to start my day is a protein smoothie - my favourite is > Raspberry & White Chocolate -  thermo tea - I love the peach one! - and mango aloe drink.

MID MORNING

My first high protein snack of the day. I love the > BBQ chips.

DINNER (LUNCH)

I'll usually have my second smoothie, the > mushroom protein soup, a > dark chocolate meal bar or a light lunch.

MID AFTERNOON

Second snack of the day, low in calories and high in nutrients, like the > Almond & Vanilla protein bars. Plus another tea, usually my second favourite flavour, raspberry.

TEA (DINNER)

I am for a mix of healthy fats, protein and nutritious carbs (veggies). My favorite meal is salmon with olive oil roasted bang bang cauliflower.

EVENING

If needed, my final snack of the day which is some fruit and nuts. Protein before helps me sleep well.
